"The fight for freedom is God's fight.
So when a man stands for freedom he stands with God.
And as long as he stands for freedom he stands with God.
And were he to stand alone he would still stand with God.
A man will be eternally vindicated and rewarded for his stand for freedom."

Letters from Dave

It is always an exciting day when you get a letter from a Loved one.  I cherish these letters.  They are what helps to keep me strong.  I also know it is what helps Dave to be able to survive Solitary Confinement.  He tells me that he re-reads and re-reads his letters over and over again.  He is so grateful to all who have wrote to him and continue to write to him.

Each jail has different rules for their mail. I wanted to let you all know that Dave is only able to write with a 3 inch pencil.  Once that pencil gets dull then it becomes a 2 inch pencil.  Take a moment and try to imagine writing letters with that short of a pencil.  It is extremely hard to do.  He does not complain though and continues to write away.

This is our oldest son.  You can tell in his face that he is grateful for the letter from his Dad but would rather be with him in person then hear his thoughts through a letter.  He will cherish these letters. We will take what we can get at this point.

Dave is being kept at the Henderson Detention Center in Henderson, Nevada.
If you would like to mail him a letter the following is his address:

Dave H. Bundy
Henderson Detention Center
P.O. Box 95050
Henderson, NV 89009-5050

When writing make sure you do not use any stickers, crayons or anything sticky on the letter.

You can also send him soft covered books from Amazon and other bookstore.

You are being punished for a exizing our Guaranteed Right. Please know that while you are alone in the private places that are shared by you and your family alone, you ARE NOT alone in the belief system that this country was founded on and created for and by. It is with the sacrifices like the one that your family is making right now to that will cause us Americans to wake up and unite for the undertaking of reinstating the Real Original Justice of and in this Great Country of ours and we will prevail. 4. Dave. We havnt met before and its always hard to say something to some one, when you your self havnt been in their shoes. But I can offer some of my observations. Have you ever wondered about the prophet joseph's time that he spent in liberty jail? My first thought on that is, wow, why did the Lord have him waste all of 6 months in that stink hole. A prophet of God no less who's life ended at age 38. So little time to spend on earth in the first place. And yet there he was. I believe that you need to look at this time in the hands of these corrupt men, as a time for reflection, of contemplation and respective prayer for you in your life. Study if you can sections 20 thru 21 in the doctrine and covenants where to Lord talks about this, Learn what you need to do to become a better man, husband and father. turn this thing from lemons into lemonade! Be glad that you are not in your fathers shoes, or Ryan and Ammon. I look on those 3 with great admiration and respect for what they sacrificed for this constitution under assault, and this evil government will have no mercy on them. Again, like I said at the beginning, I don't know you. Think about what I had to say, and I will add you to my prayers along with the rest of your family. jeff porter.

    1. Thank you for sharing those scriptures. I will have my husband read them. My husband was given a blessing and in that blessing the Lord said that he knows my husband did nothing wrong but he also told him that he will have to endure like the Prophet Joseph Smith. I believe my husband is doing exactly what you said and that is he is making lemonade.
