PHONE CALLS
My husband is able to call home about three times a day. He calls in the morning, afternoon and then at night. We are able to talk about 15 minutes each time he calls. He usually can only make one call because he has to wait in line to use the phone. I am grateful that he always waits in line so that he can talk with us. Each phone call costs $5.05. It is worth every penny to talk to him but it does add up especially since I am not employed.
Tonight our 13 year old daughter wanted to talk with him. Once the conversation started she never stopped bawling. She told him that it wasn't fair because he has done nothing wrong. He told her that he would be home someday. She informed him that she hates the word someday. What does someday mean she asked her dad? He also told her that it will be ok. She told him that it is not OK. She sobbed and sobbed which made me start bawling. After she got off of the phone we said a prayer together to give her comfort and also comfort her dad.
Maysa is right. What is being done to these men is not fair. It is not ok what the government is doing to these men and what Government is doing to their families. Our government is completely tearing apart these children. Just within the Bundy family there are 26 children without their dads. Who would have thought that the government would bring so much pain to their own citizens. I know that Heavenly Father hears and answers our prayers. I know he feels these childrens tears and I know that he cries with them. But I also know, that he cannot control everyones choices. I am praying extra hard tonight for America and for the government to stand up for what is right. Bring Maysa's Dad Home.
We will send extra prayers to sweet Maysa! We love her and all of you so much!
