"The fight for freedom is God's fight.
So when a man stands for freedom he stands with God.
And as long as he stands for freedom he stands with God.
And were he to stand alone he would still stand with God.
A man will be eternally vindicated and rewarded for his stand for freedom."

Today, I would like to share with you some of the heartbreaks that our family has faced recently. When our daughter had her birthday in July, she came home from a shopping trip to a beautiful bouquet of flowers that were sent to her from her daddy.  Her daddy had a little helper to help him get this delivery done.  She loved her flowers.  She cried about her flowers.  She even got all dressed up and had me take her around town and take pictures of her with her flowers so she could send to her daddy.  She wanted her daddy to see how pretty her flowers were and how happy they made her.  She placed these flowers right by her bed so she would be able to see them every night.

Yesterday, I saw my daughter bring these flowers out of her room.  Now, remember her birthday was in July and now it is October.  I thought she was going to throw them away.  But instead she filled the vase up with water.  I was puzzled at what she was doing.  These flowers are completely dead. They are over three months old.  She then went into her room and I followed her and saw her spraying these flowers with a spray bottle of water.  I asked her what she was doing and she said, "I read if you water your flowers and spray them with water that they will last longer.  I don't want them to die because dad gave them to me."  I had to quickly leave the room because I started to bawl.  She is afraid and scared that these flowers from her daddy will die.  She doesn't want the memory to die.  She loves her daddy and misses him so much.   These flowers bring her so much comfort during this hard time in her life.

Another heartbreak, is that today we had a birthday party for our son.  My sister said to me, "Do you realize that Dave has now missed everyone of his children's birthday's this year?"  Our children's birthday's start in March and go until October.  This also broke my heart.  Dave loves birthdays.  He loves spoiling his children on their birthdays and making them feel special.  He would never miss a birthday.  It breaks his heart to not be able to spend everyday day with his family especially their birthdays.

Lastly, as I was talking to Dave tonight I mentioned to him that I was thinking about taking our four year olds training wheels off and seeing if he could ride a bike.  After I said this, I noticed Dave was very quite and then I could hear him cry.  Again my heart broke for my husband and our children.  I do not like to hear my husband cry because he can't be here to experience moments with his family.

I try to do my best to make people believe that I am strong and a brave women.   But I am definitely not as brave and strong as you think I am.  Tonight my heart is breaking for our children and their daddy.   When people ask me if I am ok I just really want to tell them that I am not ok.  How could I be ok with what is going on with our family and other families in this country?  My heart is breaking for all of the children and their daddies.  Then, I begin getting really frustrated and asking the questions of Why.  Why would the country that we love lock away our daddy/husband for absolutely no reason at all?  Why would they want children and families to suffer?  Why would they not let him come home?

I continue to ask you for prayers and support for all the families involved.  But, also please become more involved by educating yourselves on this issue and make your vote count so that these daddy's don't miss out on anymore birthday's or events in their children lives. Thank you to all of you that do pray and support our families.  We are indeed grateful for your love and support.

  1. Heartbreaking! You should maybe get some borax and add it to sand - then put the flaowers into a container and fill completely with the sand and Borax and leave for a couple of weeks. This will completely dry the flowers and preserve them forever ..I did this with some of my wedding flowers. Dave will be home soon - I am sure that next year's birthdays will seem even more precious because he is there. Hugs to you all xxxx

  2. My heart goes out to you and the family I hate this for all of you....Such a corrupt government and world we live in...I'm sorry this country failed you.....PEACE...

  3. :'( Love and prayers always being sent your way. Also, do what I can to give support.

God Bless! Be strong! Know that God is watching all! Even as God watched over King David !! Much Love & Prayers!!

  6. OMG.....crying while it may seem cleansing, really isn't...LOL!!! You and your whole family (Cliven, Dave, Ryan, wives, brothers, children, and all political prisoners) are in my prayers and thoughts EVERYDAY!! I pray for a speedy return to families, a peace of mind, I have seen GOD work miracles and I know he has a plan and it is all done in his timing. I know the TRUTH will come out and JUSTICE will be served. While I know it is difficult on everyone involved, please know you are all supported in prayers and thoughts. LOVE, TRUTH, PEACE, GOD will all be served!!!

  7. America's heart is breaking with you. Stay strong! We will win in the end. God Bless, Mary Ellen

  8. Stay strong through these trials. The Lord our God said he would not give us too much that we can not handle. DO NOT let the adversary win. GOD IS GREAT and in the end he will prevail. Remember Love Hashem your God with all your heart and all your soul. He is there to comfort you in these trials. Don't loose hope and faith...God has a plan for all of us and our journey will not be easy but he is right beside us the whole way through. LOVE. Don't give up..... You all are in our prayers. AMEN! Shalom!

  9. Form your "WE THE PEOPLE" GRand JURY,under authority of Majority Opinion written in 1992 by Justice Scalia in US v Williams, found at 504 US 36.

  10. I don't know you, or anyone involved in any of this. But I feel like I do. I feel like we could be friends. I feel like this could be any of us. I am a wife, a mom of 5 young ones, living in rural Colorado. I pray for you and others specifically, and wish there were some way I could help ease your burdens. This whole thing is so frustrating to me, I can't imagine the frustrations you feel each and every day and night. I find comfort in knowing that God never, not ever turns his back on you, or your family. He hears every prayer, and tho it doesn't seem like it, things will work out, sooner or later. Thank you for sharing snippets of your life. I come and read occasionally, and hurt with you. You will be blessed for your sacrifices.

  11. I am so sorry for you,and at the same time so grateful. You and your family are carrying a burden for our nation. Your husband brought awareness of an evil government to so many and I believe his work will change the course of this nation forever -- for the better. I believe many people are becoming more educated, and are getting out to vote these days due to issues like "the Bundy Ranch" and "the Oregan standoff". People are beginning to contemplate and understand "We the People" in a time when, for so long, we have just coasted along on the coattails of our forefathers. It was your family that raised awareness about the evils of the traitors in Washington. I just want to thank you,and promise you that -- because of the work that your husband started, I am out there doing the work to help get the right people elected. Benjamin Franklin said, "“I…recommend a general and public return of praise and thanksgiving to Him from whose goodness these blessings descend. The most effectual means of securing the continuance of our civil and religious liberties, is always to remember with reverence and gratitude the source from which they flow.” Don't lose faith. His time will come

  12. Makes my heart break and brings a tear to my eye!

The truth is, there are some people out there that don't think before they speak, and a government and its elite that really WANT to bring pain and suffering upon it's people. It's hard to come to a realization of these facts, but some people find pleasure in suffering.

We continue to pray, knowing that "evil does lurk in the hearts of men", but if we pray like everything is under God's control, but work as if it's all up to us, his miracles will be performed.

Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayer.

  13. May God strengthen you and your family. And may the God of peace bring your husband and all other political prisoners home soon. Their innocence resonates and makes known the corruption that is befalling is all. God bless you all! ❤

  14. God bless you and Dave and your family. Prayers for you all that this nightmare will end and Dave will be reunited with you and the kids.
We have to know God hears the millions of prayers going up every day and that He will restore our country.
    Much love,
