Update on Trial

I just thought I would give a little update on what is going on with the last group that is going to trial.  There are four men in this group.  Jason Woods, Dave Bundy, Mel Bundy and Joe O'Shaughnessy.  We have been praying everyday for a dismissal but at this point they are planning on going to trial on Feburary 26th with calendar call on the 15th of February.  We have several different motions filed asking for dismissal.  We pray that the judge will see the truth and grant the motion for dismissal.  The government filed a motion on Friday asking for more time to respond to our motions which if granted could push the trial back even further.  These four men are still under the supervision of pretrial services.  Which means they are under supervision with a curfew and on a tracking system that restricts them from doing certain things.  These men did absoultely nothing wrong and need their freedoms fully restored to them.

We pray that the Judge will see that this case needs to be dismissed with prejudice.  We have enjoyed having Dave home.  He is our hero.  This last month has been so wonderful having him home.  We have enjoyed every minute of it.  The kids do not let him go too far away from them and never want him gone away from us again.  Please continue to pray that this case gets dismissed.  We just got our dad/husband back and we do not want him to have to move to Las Vegas away from us while he attends trial.  It will be so hard on all the families invovled.  We are praying for another miracle and that that the truth will prevail.  Thank you for your continued prayers and support.

Continued Prayers

We are so grateful for the full dismissal of Cliven Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne yesterday.  Our hearts are full knowing that they are home with their loved ones and that they are no longer defendants in this case but are free men.  We had tears of joy and gratitude yesterday as we watched Cliven receving lots of love from his wife and family.  We love them all.   

We were praying that the remaining men would also have their case dismissed but the Judge has set a calendar date of Feburary 26th to proceed with trial for the four remaining men.  Which includes Dave Bundy, Mel Bundy, Joe O'shaughnessy and Jason Woods.   We ask that you continue to pray for these four good men and their lawyers that they will be able to prepare for trial and also be able to come home as free men.   We also ask you to continue to pray for the other political prisoners who have been wrongfully charged and who are currently sitting in prison.  We know that we must be patient.  We know that God is on our side and that truth will prevail.

Grateful

We are so grateful for this wonderful part of the year.  We are grateful for this time of the year and how we as a family have been able to celebrate the Saviors life and reflect on his teachings and example.  We are grateful that we have been reunited as a family.  We are so happy to have Dave back in our home.  We love him so much and missed him dearly.  We are grateful for all of your prayers and support that you have given to our family.  We are forever grateful to you and your kindness that you have shown us.  We continue to pray that Judge Navarro will allow the others to be reunited with their families.  We want so badly to give grandpa Cliven a big hug and see him home with his family where he belongs.  We definitely believe in miracles.  We have seen miracles in this last month and know that there are more miracles to come.  Please continue to pray that all of the men will be set free on January 8th and the truth will prevail.  God Bless you all.

Christmas Miracle

On Monday, our family was finally reunited again, which was the best Christmas present that we could have ever received.  We couldn't be happier and we are all walking on cloud nine.  We know that this miracle was only able to happen because of our Heavenly Father who constantly watched over our family and never left our side.  Also, because of all the wonderful people who never stopped believing in our family.  All of you who supported us through prayers, donations, service and random acts of kindness.  We would not be together today if it wasn't for God and his angels watching over us.  Thank you to all of you.  Our family is forever grateful for your sacrifices that you have shown towards our family.  You all played a special part in helping our family walk out of the courthouse and be reunited together.  God Bless You All.

As a family we are having so much fun together.  The kids have a list a mile long of activities that they want their dad to do with them.  The last couple of days have been wonderful.  We are so happy to have Dave back home with us where he belongs.  We love him so much and missed him dearly.  

Daddy's Coming Home

We are so excited to announce that Dave is coming home on pretrial release.  He along with his brother Mel, Joe O'Shaugnessy and Jason Woods will go before the Judge on Monday at 10:30 and hopefully will be released after that hearing.  We know that there are strict guidelines that he will have to follow while he is on pretrial release but he will have his family right by his side helping him.  Our hearts are so full and we are beaming with excitement.  Monday can not come fast enough but our kids are busy shopping for their dad, packing his clothes and making signs for him.   He has been gone for over 600 days from our family and we can't wait to get him home and take good care of him and love on him.  We know there is still a lot of work to do to prepare for trial but he will be surrounded by his family helping and loving him every step of the way.   I want to thank our Heavenly Father for always being with us and never leaving us.  I know he loves us and is always aware of all of our needs.  God is truly a God of miracles.  Our family is so incredibly grateful for the wonderful kindness that you have all shown towards our family.  Our hearts are overfilled with love for all of you.  You all played a special part that helped our family make it thus far through this trial.  Thank you for your prayers, donations, letters and random acts of kindness.  We will never be able to thank you enough.  We pray that God Blesses all of you and your family for the love and kindness you have shown towards are family. 

 

Miracles

We are so grateful and so happy for Ryan, Ammon and their families.  We definately believe in Miracles and know that God is aware of our situation.  He loves us and will never leave us.  We also know that our Miracle is coming really soon.  I can't wait for the day that I get to touch my sweetheart again and see our children be able to love on their daddy.  I Love you all and thank you for all of your support, love, letters, donations and acts of kindness.   I pray that God blesses each one of you and watches over your families.

Fundraiser

Our family has been making these candles to help pay for several unexpected expenses that have come up lately. We think these candles would be an amazing Christmas gift or would be great to be used during your Christmas dinner.  The candles have brands from several of our patriots.  They include LaVoy's, Hammonds, Cliven's, Dave's, Ammon's, Ryan's, Mel's and Grandpa Dave.  The candles remind me of the scripture in Mathew 5:16, where we are being taught too, "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."  These men are all great examples of being a light to others and who give all the glory to their Father in Heaven.
