"The fight for freedom is God's fight.
So when a man stands for freedom he stands with God.
And as long as he stands for freedom he stands with God.
And were he to stand alone he would still stand with God.
A man will be eternally vindicated and rewarded for his stand for freedom."

Grateful

We are so grateful for this wonderful part of the year.  We are grateful for this time of the year and how we as a family have been able to celebrate the Saviors life and reflect on his teachings and example.  We are grateful that we have been reunited as a family.  We are so happy to have Dave back in our home.  We love him so much and missed him dearly.  We are grateful for all of your prayers and support that you have given to our family.  We are forever grateful to you and your kindness that you have shown us.  We continue to pray that Judge Navarro will allow the others to be reunited with their families.  We want so badly to give grandpa Cliven a big hug and see him home with his family where he belongs.  We definitely believe in miracles.  We have seen miracles in this last month and know that there are more miracles to come.  Please continue to pray that all of the men will be set free on January 8th and the truth will prevail.  God Bless you all.

Christmas Miracle

On Monday, our family was finally reunited again, which was the best Christmas present that we could have ever received.  We couldn't be happier and we are all walking on cloud nine.  We know that this miracle was only able to happen because of our Heavenly Father who constantly watched over our family and never left our side.  Also, because of all the wonderful people who never stopped believing in our family.  All of you who supported us through prayers, donations, service and random acts of kindness.  We would not be together today if it wasn't for God and his angels watching over us.  Thank you to all of you.  Our family is forever grateful for your sacrifices that you have shown towards our family.  You all played a special part in helping our family walk out of the courthouse and be reunited together.  God Bless You All.

As a family we are having so much fun together.  The kids have a list a mile long of activities that they want their dad to do with them.  The last couple of days have been wonderful.  We are so happy to have Dave back home with us where he belongs.  We love him so much and missed him dearly.

Daddy's Coming Home

We are so excited to announce that Dave is coming home on pretrial release.  He along with his brother Mel, Joe O'Shaugnessy and Jason Woods will go before the Judge on Monday at 10:30 and hopefully will be released after that hearing.  We know that there are strict guidelines that he will have to follow while he is on pretrial release but he will have his family right by his side helping him.  Our hearts are so full and we are beaming with excitement.  Monday can not come fast enough but our kids are busy shopping for their dad, packing his clothes and making signs for him.   He has been gone for over 600 days from our family and we can't wait to get him home and take good care of him and love on him.  We know there is still a lot of work to do to prepare for trial but he will be surrounded by his family helping and loving him every step of the way.   I want to thank our Heavenly Father for always being with us and never leaving us.  I know he loves us and is always aware of all of our needs.  God is truly a God of miracles.  Our family is so incredibly grateful for the wonderful kindness that you have all shown towards our family.  Our hearts are overfilled with love for all of you.  You all played a special part that helped our family make it thus far through this trial.  Thank you for your prayers, donations, letters and random acts of kindness.  We will never be able to thank you enough.  We pray that God Blesses all of you and your family for the love and kindness you have shown towards are family.

Miracles

We are so grateful and so happy for Ryan, Ammon and their families.  We definately believe in Miracles and know that God is aware of our situation.  He loves us and will never leave us.  We also know that our Miracle is coming really soon.  I can't wait for the day that I get to touch my sweetheart again and see our children be able to love on their daddy.  I Love you all and thank you for all of your support, love, letters, donations and acts of kindness.   I pray that God blesses each one of you and watches over your families.

Fundraiser

Our family has been making these candles to help pay for several unexpected expenses that have come up lately. We think these candles would be an amazing Christmas gift or would be great to be used during your Christmas dinner.  The candles have brands from several of our patriots.  They include LaVoy's, Hammonds, Cliven's, Dave's, Ammon's, Ryan's, Mel's and Grandpa Dave.  The candles remind me of the scripture in Mathew 5:16, where we are being taught too, "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."  These men are all great examples of being a light to others and who give all the glory to their Father in Heaven.

We are asking for a 50.00 dollar donation for a set of these candles.  You can order them by going to our paypal link http://www.paypal.me/MarylynnBundy.  Please make sure that you put your name and shipping address in the note section when you use paypal so we will know where to ship them too.  If you do not have a paypal account then you can mail a check along with your mailing address to PO Box 814, Delta, Utah 84624.  We will be mailing these out as fast as we can get them made.  Thank you for your support to our family and all of the political prisoners.  There are so many of you that have and continue to help us during this trial.  May God Bless you all.

Christmas Miracle

Last year our daughter left this note for Santa by his cookies.  It made me cry because I knew that I wasn't able to give her the Christmas wish that she really wanted.  Now another year has gone by and her Chirstmas wish has not changed.   All the children want this year for Christmas is to have their daddies and grandpa come home.  Please join our family in saying prayers that Judge Navarro's heart will be softened and that she will grant all of these daddies pre trial release to come home to their families.  Too have these men home with us will definitely be a Christmas Miracle.

Grateful

Last week a supporter gave our family some money to take the kids out for dinner.  We don't go out often together for dinner but when we get a chance the kids are always so excited.  Our little girl was so happy.  One of her brothers thought she needed the cotton candy and then another brother thought she needed an ice cream cone (She did eat some healthy food before they spoiled her with treats). Thank you to all of you who have supported our families since this trial has started.  Thank you for helping to bring smiles on our children's faces.   It also brings smiles to Dave's face when he sees that his family is able to go and do things that they enjoy.  Thank you again to all who have blessed our family.  We pray that God blesses you in return.

WHO ARE THE BUNDY MEN?

CLIVEN BUNDY

Cliven Bundy is a man of courage and conviction.  He stands up for what he believes no matter the cost.  Cliven honors his great heritage.  His first love is his family.  He has been blessed with a beautiful wife, Carol, 14 children, 63 grandkids and 3 great grandkids. He wants them to have freedom and liberty and the happiness that comes from being free. He was born loving the land.  He is the second oldest of eight children.  He was blessed with being able to Ranch in Nevada. He finds joy in letting the dirt run threw his fingers, watching the little plants poke through the soil and grow tall, and in growing top notch melons and sharing them.  There’s nothing better than gazing at a fat mamma cow and her calf enjoying a cool drink of water from the spring. Cliven also spent many years working hard in the construction industry.  He was known as the best blade operator around.  Cliven is a successful family man, rancher and producer.  He loves his God, his family, his country and the divinely inspired constitution so much that he is willing to suffer and endure and sacrifice his liberty for the freedom of all mankind.

RYAN BUNDY

Ryan is such a good hearted and selfless person.  He loves people and is constantly concerned about helping everyone. Ryan is the third oldest child in his family.  Ryan loved growing up on the Ranch and learning all he could about animals.  Ryan served an LDS mission in Colorado.  Shortly after his mission he married his best friend Angie and they have 8 beautiful Children together.  Ryan loves his family more than anything. Ryan would take his children to work with him and teach them whenever he could.  His favorite thing to do is to work with his family.  He loved to line all of the kids out to complete certain tasks, and then reward them with something fun to do.  He would love to take them fishing or catching crawdads. Ryan has always worked hard and owns his own Construction Company.  He also enjoys working with cattle and at the Ranch.   Ryan has spent a lot of time teaching his kids and others about morals and liberty.   He has a strong love for this Country and GOD.

MEL BUNDY

Mel Bundy is the third son of Cliven and Carol Bundy. He grew up in the Bundy Ranch where he learned how to live, how to work hard and how to love. He served an LDS mission to the Philippines. He has worked his entire adult life as a heavy equipment operator. In 2006, he married his wife, Briana Bundy. Together they have 5 beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed daughters. Mel loves his family with everything in his body. He lives to provide a good life for them financially, spiritually and emotionally. Every one that knows Mel will tell you, he doesn't go far without a bunch of pretty little girls. He takes them camping, hunting, fishing, to the hardware store and races them down the dirt road next to their home to check the rabbit snares the girls set the night before. He loves his babies! He is always busy building or fixing something. Mel's motto is "Keep it simple." His life has never been simple but he finds his joy in the simple little things. Rocking a baby, chopping wood and smelling the mountain air. Mel is a great man. He is a man of integrity, compassion, hardwork, love and respect. He stands for what is right, come what may.

AMMON BUNDY

Ammon is an amazingly compassionate man.  He cares for the good of ALL people he knows and doesn’t know.   He grew up as a son of a rancher…  He has a great love for nature, mountains, all things living is deep and tangible!  He has a natural ability to lead others.  Usually he will stand by as the quiet one and eventually he’s the one in charge… it is a gift he had. When he was a senior in high school he served as the Student Body President.  He is funny, kind, extremely clever and compassionate.  After he graduated from high school he served our Heavenly Father for two years of his life on an LDS mission.   It wasn’t very long before he was an assistant to the President.  Who, he then oversaw and helped many missionaries.  After his mission he met and married his eternal companion, Lisa.  They have been married for 16 years with 6 adventurous children.  His devoted wife loves him and will always support him in all the good Ammon does.  Ammon has been a successful business owner for 17 years.  He has helped many by providing jobs to those employees of his so that they can support their families.   He loves to educate others about the Constitution and the Freedoms it provides.

DAVE BUNDY

Dave Bundy was blessed to grow up on a Ranch in Riverside, NV.  He spent many days working cattle with his father and brothers.  He also enjoyed raising sheep, rabbits and training horses.  He couldn’t wait for school to get out every day so he could run home and take care of his animals.   Dave is the 6th kid out of 15 in his family.   Dave learned from a young age all about construction by going to work with his dad.  Later on in his life he started a construction company where he is licensed in three different states.  Dave has always been a hard worker and takes pride in his work. Ever since he was a little boy he always wanted to become a pilot.  Dave worked really hard and became a commercial pilot and flight instructor.  At the age of 19 he served a two year LDS mission in Portland, Oregon.  He loved the people in Oregon and enjoyed serving others.  After his mission he found the love of his life, Marylynn.   They have been married for 18 years and have been blessed with six wonderful children.   Dave’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his family.  He has spent a lot of time with his family in the hills by camping with them and fishing. He is a fantastic husband and father whose greatest joy is seeing his kids smile.   Dave has a heart of gold and would give his shirt off his back to help others.  He is a very compassionate and caring person.   He is constantly serving others and wants to see others succeed.  He is a man of God who loves this Country and his fellow man.

FORGOTTEN

The last time I saw my husband, Dave, in person was on December 12, 2016 when I attended a court hearing in Las Vegas.  I was not able to touch him or get close to him but at least I could see him in person.  It has now been over 300 days since that date and I have no idea when I will see my sweet husband again.   Our kids have not seen their dad in person since March 3, 2016.  The Justice system has completely forgotten about my husband and the other men in his group.  My husband hasn't been to court since that date in December.  They have no trial date set for my husband and the other men in his group.

The government has denied these men of their constitutional rights of pre-trial release and a right to a speedy trial as stated in the 6th Amendment of the constitution.  Where is the due process? How is this right in America?

Below is a picture of our little baby with her daddy right before he was taken away.  She was so little.
Below is a picture of what that same baby looks like today.  She is not a baby anymore but a sweet little girl.  Dave has missed out on so much time with this little girl and our other kids that he will never be able get back.  She misses her daddy and needs him to come home to give her lots of kisses and play with her on the playground.

Even though the Government has forgotten about these men the American people definitely haven't.  Dave and I are so grateful for all the many acts of kindness that you have shown towards our family.  You have sent letters, gave donations, offered prayers and many more acts of kindness for our family and the other families who have a loved one who are wrongfully incarcerated by the Government.  God bless you all and know that we are so grateful for your love that you have shown to us these last 19 months.

Daves Charges

I have had many ask me what charges Dave is being charged with.  Dave has eleven charges against him that could result in over 80 years in prison if convicted.  These charges are all false charges against Dave.  He never committed any of these charges.  But the government has made up a false narrative and fraudelent claims about my husband and others.  Dave has been detained for 19 months now without his due process rights.  There is no trial date for my  husband and he has been denied pretrial release.

Not Guilty

We are so happy for Ricky Lovelien, Eric Parker, Steven Stewart and Scott Drexler and their families.  Our hearts are full for everyone who helped to bring these men home.  We are grateful for all of you who supported these men and their families by sending letters, donations, making phone calls, attending court, standing outside the courtroom with flags and signs, those who educated their neighbors and the list goes on and on.  Today proved that in America there are a lot of wonderful people who believe in their neighbors freedom and will do all they can to help them keep their freedoms.  We are grateful for the jury who saw the truth and were not afraid to speak up.  We are indeed grateful for our Heavenly Father who heard our prayers and answered them.  We know that he is watching over these men and is ultimately in control.

Please continue to stand and support the men that are still locked up and away from their families  who are still awaiting their trials with no trial date set.  My husband, Dave, has been away from our family for 551 days now.  He has had no trial and no pre trial release.  Holding innocent men in jail away from their families is not what America is about.  Please do all you can to support these men and their families.  God Bless the wonderful people of America.

Praying for the defendants

Please pray everyday and several times a day for the four men who stood for their neighbor in Bunkerville, Nevada in 2014.  Pray for Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, Steven Stewart and Rick Lovelien to be set free and able to be reunited to their families where they belong.  God Bless these Men.

Defense waives closing arguments; jurors begin deliberations in Bundy Ranch standoff trial

Defendants waived closing arguments Tuesday in the Bundy Ranch standoff trial in Las Vegas, ending a month long legal battle with a clear protest about court proceedings.
Lawyers for the four men charged in the 2014 clash among federal agents, militia members and cattle ranchers took the unusual step of resting their cases without a final address to the jury.
"The message is simple," Las Vegas lawyer Shawn Perez said Tuesday afternoon. "You silenced us the entire trial ... there's nothing more to say."
The move was part of a strategy to deprive federal prosecutors of an opportunity to make rebuttal arguments and to end the case while it was in the hands of the defense, said Perez, who represents defendant Richard Lovelien of Oklahoma.
Jurors began deliberations Tuesday afternoon.
Just after 3 p.m. Tuesday, defendants were called to make closing arguments, when lawyers typically seek to drive home critical points in the case in a last effort to sway jurors. One after the other, defense lawyers stood and recited the same words: "We have no closing at this time."
"I think it was effective," Perez said. "We all decided last night we were going to waive arguments. Otherwise the government was going to come back on rebuttal and embellish stuff and our hands would be tied."
The defense move followed hours of arguments by federal prosecutors, who systematically laid out their case against defendants for their parts in a conspiracy to help Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy prevent federal agents from rounding up his cattle.
Prosecutors singled out defendants in an attempt to show how each was involved in a coordinated, armed effort, each with an individual role to force federal agents to back down.
Prosecutors said some defendants acted as spotters while another served as the equivalent of a getaway driver in a bank robbery.
Defense lawyers offered no explanation in court for their decision to waive closing arguments. But after court ended Tuesday, Perez said the judge made it virtually impossible for defendants to offer any substantive arguments: They were prohibited by rulings from telling jurors why defendants joined the protest at the Bundy Ranch; they couldn't argue about the legality of carrying weapons or mentioning Nevada's open-carry firearms laws; they couldn't say joining a militia was legal.
Defense lawyers have complained throughout the trial that rulings by U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro have prevented them from mounting a legitimate defense and that defendants have been improperly denied a fair trial.
Events came to a head Thursday when Navarro abruptly ended court by ordering defendant Eric Parker off the stand and striking his testimony from the record as jurors watched.
Even after the case went to the jury Tuesday, controversy continued to erupt. Perez said shortly after being dismissed, lawyers were called back into court, where Navarro raised concerns about potential misconduct by a juror.
The judge told lawyers the juror might have made a gesture of support to one of the defendants. Perez said the juror explained under questioning she was saying goodbye to an alternate juror since they likely would not see one another again.
Navarro did not dismiss the juror.

Lovelien, Parker, Steven Stewart and O. Scott Drexler are accused of conspiracy, extortion, assault and obstruction for helping Bundy fend off a government roundup of his cattle in what became known as the Battle of Bunkerville.
A jury in April deadlocked on charges against the four men. It convicted two other defendants on multiple counts. But the jury could not agree on conspiracy charges — a key component of the government's case — against any of the six.
Perez said Tuesday that he had prepared a closing on behalf of Lovelien. But he said if he had made arguments, it would have opened the door to a rebuttal by prosecutors that would have focused solely on his client.
"As far as I am concerned, they (prosecutors) didn't put up enough evidence against Lovelien," he said.
The Bundy Ranch standoff is one of the most high-profile land-use cases in modern Western history, pitting cattle ranchers, anti-government protesters and militia members against the Bureau of Land Management.
For decades, the BLM repeatedly ordered Bundy to remove his cattle from federal lands and in 2014 obtained a court order to seize his cattle as payment for more than $1 million in unpaid grazing fees.
Hundreds of supporters from every state in the union, including members of several militia groups, converged on his ranch about 70 miles north of Las Vegas.
Navarro's rulings, aimed at trying to avoid jury nullification, have severely limited defense arguments. Jury nullification occurs when a jury returns a verdict based on its shared belief rather than on the evidence in a case.
Navarro has barred defendants from discussing why they traveled thousands of miles to join protesters at the Bundy Ranch. She will not allow them to testify about perceived abuses by federal authorities during the cattle roundup that might have motivated them to participate.
Navarro also has restricted defendants from raising constitutional arguments, or mounting any defense based on their First Amendment rights to free speech and their Second Amendment rights to bear arms. In her rulings, Navarro has said those are not applicable arguments in the case.
Federal officials, however, do not face the same restrictions. To show defendants were part of a conspiracy, they have referenced events that happened months, or years, after the standoff.
Defense lawyers called for a mistrial Monday after Parker was removed from the stand. Parker's lawyer accused prosecutors in a motion of wrongly depriving Parker of his right to testify in a way that irreparably damaged the case.
Parker was attempting to tell jurors what he saw during the standoff over a barrage of objections from prosecutors when Navarro put an end to his testimony. Parker returned to the defense table and started crying while Navarro dismissed the jurors.
Prosecutors shot back with a request for sanctions against three of the defendants and their lawyers, accusing them of repeatedly violating court orders by introducing prohibited information and attempting to derail the trial through jury nullification.
Acting Nevada U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre, who is leading the prosecution, wrote that Parker’s forced removal from the stand was possibly intentional, "a specifically considered, orchestrated, and accepted strategy — perhaps even a preferred one."
Navarro rejected the mistrial and refused to impose sanctions. She did, however, agree to instruct jurors to treat Parker's testimony as if it never happened.
That meant jurors only heard from a single defendant and no defense witnesses.
Four defense witnesses were permitted to testify via Skype last week, but the jury was not allowed to hear what they said. Navarro ruled that the witnesses, who were at the standoff, failed to establish grounds for self-defense claims sought by defendants.
On Monday, Drexler took the stand and delivered the only defense testimony that jurors were allowed to consider.
Drexler testified even though he brought weapons to the standoff, he had no intention of threatening or assaulting law-enforcement officers.
"My intent was to disappear and not be a threat to any person in the wash," he said.
Drexler admitted bringing an AR-15, a .45 handgun and 250 rounds of ammunition to Bunkerville. On cross-examination, prosecutors sought to show he intended to intimidate authorities and force them to "act more civil."
Three trials are scheduled for 17 defendants who are being prosecuted based on their alleged levels of culpability in the standoff.
Although defendants in the first trial and the retrial are considered the least culpable, all face the same charges and could spend the rest of their lives in prison.
The second trial will include Cliven Bundy and his sons, Ammon and Ryan Bundy, who are considered ringleaders.

Thanks Ace Hardware

We just wanted to thank the Curtis Family and Ace Hardware for inviting us to their Sidewalk Sale last weekend.  They were so great to allow us to come and sell our benches at their Sale.  We were able to sell several benches but we were also able to talk and educate people about the truth regarding our families current situation.  Thanks again to all of you who supported us and continue to support to help bring Dave home.  We are truly blessed to live in such a wonderful community.

18 year Anniversary

Dave and I met on a blind date in Cedar City, Utah. We went country dancing and from the first time we danced I knew there was something special about him.  Not only was he a really good dancer but he was really handsome too.  Today is our 18 year wedding anniversary.   I miss my husband so much.  I wish so badly that we can spend this day together. It breaks my heart that we have to spend another anniversary apart. Dave is an amazing husband.  He makes me feel beautiful, protected and loved.  He is the most selfless person who is always helping others.  He makes me a better person and I am so grateful that we are eternal companions.  A true love story never ends and that is how our love story is.  It continues to grow and grow into a stronger love each day.  I pray daily that God will intervene soon and let my dear sweet husband come home where he belongs.
I need my Davy.

Fundraiser for Dave's Attorney fees.

When this trial first started Dave was assigned a court appointed attorney.  We met with his attorney several times and on several different occasions he informed us that he wanted the case but didn't know if he would have time for it.  He also didn't understand how this case was political.  Dave and I both didn't feel comfortable with how this lawyer was handling the case.  Dave and I prayed and we both realized that we were going to have to hire an attorney to represent him with his case even though it was going to be extremely expensive.  We needed an attorney that cared about this case and who was willing to fight for freedom.  We decided to hire Cal Potter from Las Vegas, Nevada to represent Dave.  We are grateful that Cal is Dave’s lawyer and is willing to fight for not only Dave’s freedom but also the freedoms of the other patriots. We as a family have been working hard and will continue to work hard to earn money for the attorney fees.   But because the trial keeps getting delayed and Dave is not able to get pretrial release then we are needing a little extra funds right now to help cover some of the attorney fees.

A very kind patriot has donated these cards to help with Dave’s Attorney Fees.

For a minimum donation of $25.00 dollars then we will send you a Constitution Club Discount Card.  This card will help you receive discounts all over the country for dining, movies, hotels, shopping, etc. for a whole year.    So not only are you helping our family but this card will also benefit you and help you save money also. Once we have received your donation then we will mail you your Constitution Club Discount Card and you can start saving.  Please make your donation through either our paypal account at paypal.me/MarylynnBundy or by mailing funds to PO Box 814, Delta, Utah 84624.   Please make sure you include your name and address in the memo so we can mail you your card.
Dave is doing the best that he can during this hard trial.  Cliven and him are in the same pod and are grateful they can be together.  He misses his family extremely bad and wants nothing more than to be home with them.  He is so thankful for the many angels that are watching over our family and him while he is away from us.  We are indeed grateful for all of the support and love that has been shown to us over the past year.  We are also blessed with great kids who are doing their best to stay strong for their dad.  They are his biggest support and cheerleaders.  God Bless You All and God Bless the Patriots.

Father's Day

Today, I went with our four year old son to his Sunday School Class.  He has a hard time going by himself so I went to sit with him.  When it was time for singing time then our son decided to sit on my lap.  The music teacher told the kids that in a couple weeks that it was going to be Father's Day and that they would be practicing some songs to sing to them.  The first song lyrics that they sang just made me want to cry.  It is titled, "Daddy's Homecoming."

I'm so glad when daddy comes home,

Glad as I can be;

Clap my hands and shout for joy,

Then climb upon his knee,

Put my arms around his neck,
Hug him tight like this,
Pat his cheeks, then give him what?
A great big kiss.

After our four year old sang this song he whispered to me, "When is my Daddy going to come home."  I tried my best to fight back the tears.  I didn't know what to say to him.  I never know what to say when our kids ask that question.  Because the truth is that none of us know when he is going to come home.  The truth is I don't know when they will be able to climb upon his knee.  When they will be able to put their arms around his neck and hug him.  Or when they will be able to give him a great big kiss.

Just last week the prosecution and the Judge pushed everyone's trials back again.  The earliest that Dave can go to trial will be sometime in 2018.  My heart breaks for our children and for Dave.  How hard Father's Day must be on both of them.  I just don't understand why our government would want to cause so much sadness to these little children by taking away their daddies.  The government talks about how, "We the People" on April 12th scared the BLM employees for a brief moment, but the Government doesn't seem to mind bringing hurt and sorrow to children for over 450 days now and counting, that they might not ever see their daddies again?  These children should have their daddies home.  These men should be home with their families where they belong and not have their constitutional rights violated.  Please continue to pray for all the children and for their heroes, their daddies.

We are grateful for the support that we have received regarding our fundraiser to help bring our dad home.  We have sold over two hundred benches.  Our son couldn't have accomplished this without the help of family and friends. Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much."  Please continue to work together for this great cause to help with Dave's legal fees by helping to spread the word about the benches.  Too some of you a bench might not mean a lot but to our little family these benches are a way that we are able to help bring our dad home.  Dave means everything to our family.  Our hearts hurt every night we are apart from each other.  All we want is for our family to be reunited again under one house. Our fifteen year old son is making these to help bring his dad home and help with family expenses.  Every bench that is sold or every donation that is given is one step closer for our family to be together again.  Please help us bring our dad home.

We will be selling these benches for a minimum donation of $60.00 dollar donation if picked up in Millard County or a $75.00 dollar donation delivered out of Millard County.  If you want the brand on the bench then we are asking for a 100.00 donation for the bench.  They are very sturdy benches that are made with high quality products and will look great on your front porch or even in your home.  We have them available for pickup in Millard County, Utah or once we have a big enough order we can deliver them to Mesquite, Nevada, Saint George, Utah, Springville, Utah and Lehi, Utah. We wish we could ship them all over America but we know the cost of shipping would be too expensive.  So for those that don't live close enough to buy a bench but would like to help this young man earn money for his dad then you can make a donation that will go towards purchasing the wood to make the benches. You can make donations through my paypal link and for those that want to purchase a bench please email me your name and contact information or you can put the information on paypal and we will get your bench made as soon as possible.  My email address is marylynnbundy40@gmail.com.  Our paypal link is paypal.me/MarylynnBundy.  Or you can mail a check to PO Box 814, Delta, Utah 84624

Quick Update

I didn't realize that it has been a whole month since I have last blogged.  We have had a really busy month filled with lots of up and downs and I have found that at the end of the day I am tired both physically and emotionally.  I have struggled to write my thoughts down but tonight I feel like I need too give an update on our family and this trial.

This last month we spent several different occasions supporting the other Political Prisoners who were in trial.  We never went inside the courtroom but instead stood outside the Federal Court house holding up signs and spreading the truth.  We felt honored to stand by these patriots who also stood by our families.  The scriptures teach us that, "the second greatest commandment is too love thy neighbor as yourself" and "carry each other's burdens."  We were grateful to be there supporting these men that were on trial.  The outcome of a hung jury was not exactly what we were hoping for but we were grateful that the jury could see through the lies and deceit that was presented by the Government.

Dave has been staying busy in his pod doing a lot of reading.  He usually stays up late to read because that is when it is the most quiet in the pod.  Dave is also in the same pod as his dad, Cliven.  That has been nice because he has someone close to talk too. Dave has lost over seventy pounds.  A lot of the food that they feed them in the detention center is all soy base.  Dave doesn't complain much and is grateful but there is just certain foods that he can not stomach.  He misses is family greatly.  He wants nothing else but to be home with his wife and children.  And we also want nothing more than to have our husband/dad home where he belongs.

This last week the prosecution filed a motion stating that they have decided to retry the first group again.  They are also asking that the next group which includes Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne and Pete Santilli be pushed back until November.  This was devastating news to all of the men.  The men were ready to go to trial last year.  Then they were all ready in February for trial and now some of the men have no idea when they will go to trial.  Dave's group will not go to trial until everyone else has been to trial.  So if the judge rules on this motion by the prosecutors then Dave will not go to trial until 2018 or later.  Our lawyer in May of 2016 told the judge that he would be ready for trial within 90 days.  But now Dave has been in jail for over 430 days with no pre trial release and no trial date.  This is heartbreaking for our family.  The government does this too people on purpose to break them down.   They want to break these people and their families so they will take a plea deal.  How sad that our government does this to good American people. I can't even imagine waiting another year before my husband goes to trial.  It crushes my heart to think he will have to stay in jail until his trial.  We pray every night and day that the Lord will intervene soon and help our dad come home.

We are so grateful that we can talk every night with Dave and have family prayer.  It definitely is the highlight of our day.    My oldest son and I have been busy making and selling benches.  Dave is so grateful to our son who is helping our family out financially.  He is very proud of him.  We are grateful to all of you who continue to bless our family with prayer, letters, service and donations.  Dave is only able to make it through each day because he knows that his family is being taken care of by angels.  Please continue to pray and support all of these men.  I know that God will not leave us but instead will wrap his arms around us and help to lighten our load.  God bless you all.

For those that are interested we will be making and selling these benches for one more month.  We are asking for a minimum donation of $60.00 dollar donation if picked up in Millard County or a $65.00 dollar donation delivered out of Millard County. NOT GUILTY

Last week I was able to travel to Las Vegas to show my support for the men that are currently on trial and also my support for every Americans constitutional rights.  I was grateful that I could stand by these men and their families and also the rights of every American.  Monday was definitely a hard day in court.  There was a point in the day where several people came out of the court room feeling completely devastated and hopeless.  The judge was being completely biased and wouldn't allow the defense to call their witnesses.  I along with several others sat on the courthouse steps with our heads down and tears rolling down our faces.  For a small moment it felt like we had no hope and that we might not win this battle.  But then I was reminded by someone in the crowd, that all of these men are wonderful men who love their country and their families.  This person also reminded me that God has a greater purpose for all of these men.  We must live by faith and not fear.  We can never give up because these men did absolutely nothing wrong.   These men are not guilty of any crime. I know these men will be found not guilty and God will continue to use them as a light for others.

This speaks to my troubled heart right now. GOD is in control of my life...my life is NOT controlled by people's opinion of me. My God is stronger.:

I would just like to say how grateful I am to be able to have gotten to know all of the families and defendants that are involved in these trials.  We did not know who you were before or anything about your families.  We have grown to love you and your families.  We appreciate the good people that you are.  We are grateful for your example of loving your neighbor and loving this Country and God.  We will be praying for you, your families and this country this week that justice will prevail.

Thank you again for standing up for our constitutional rights.  Thank you for loving your neighbor and caring for others.  Thank you for all your sacrifices and for staying so strong this last year.  I am so excited for you to hear the words not guilty and for you all to be reunited with your families.  What a glorious day it will be.   GOD BLESS AMERICA!  GOD BLESS THE PATRIOTS!

Please Pray

The defense will start their case on April 3.  Please continue to Pray and stand by Todd Engel, Eric J. Parker, Scott Drexler, Richard Lovelien and Steven Stewart who are in this first trial.  Pray for their defense lawyers that they may be able to touch the jury by speaking the truth.  Pray for the jury that they will be able to see the truth.  Pray for the prosecutors and the judge that their hearts will be softened and they will have to tell the truth. Thank you to everyone for all of your support this past year. Please keep supporting these families and writing to them.  We know that God is ultimately in control and these great men will be found not guilty.  For updates on the trial starting next week look at John Lambs, Andrea Parkers or It matters how you stand facebook pages.  They do a great job reporting the truth.

You can mail these men a letter and let them know you are thinking of them at:
