FORGOTTEN

The last time I saw my husband, Dave, in person was on December 12, 2016 when I attended a court hearing in Las Vegas.  I was not able to touch him or get close to him but at least I could see him in person.  It has now been over 300 days since that date and I have no idea when I will see my sweet husband again.   Our kids have not seen their dad in person since March 3, 2016.  The Justice system has completely forgotten about my husband and the other men in his group.  My husband hasn't been to court since that date in December.  They have no trial date set for my husband and the other men in his group.

The government has denied these men of their constitutional rights of pre-trial release and a right to a speedy trial as stated in the 6th Amendment of the constitution.  Where is the due process? How is this right in America?

Below is a picture of our little baby with her daddy right before he was taken away.  She was so little.
Below is a picture of what that same baby looks like today.  She is not a baby anymore but a sweet little girl.  Dave has missed out on so much time with this little girl and our other kids that he will never be able get back.  She misses her daddy and needs him to come home to give her lots of kisses and play with her on the playground.

Even though the Government has forgotten about these men the American people definitely haven't.  Dave and I are so grateful for all the many acts of kindness that you have shown towards our family.  You have sent letters, gave donations, offered prayers and many more acts of kindness for our family and the other families who have a loved one who are wrongfully incarcerated by the Government.  God bless you all and know that we are so grateful for your love that you have shown to us these last 19 months.
