Prayers

I am so grateful that even though my husband is not with us at this time that he is able to call us every night for family prayer.  We kneel around the couch and he chooses who he wants to pray that night.  We put the phone on speaker and we are able to pray as a family.  I know that it is the highlight of his day.  He loves hearing his children's voices and their sincere prayers.  These prayers reassure him that everything will turn out the way it is supposed to and that God is with us and he hears and will answer our prayers.

Prayer is so amazing and powerful.  All day long I can get on facebook and see post after post of people who are praying as a family, praying in their prayer groups and praying in their churches. They are praying for all of the political prisoners, their families and the lawyers that are defending them.  The prayers do not stop there.  America is also praying for the judges and the prosecutors who are against these prisoners.  They pray that their hearts might be softened and that they will do what is right and free the Political prisoners.  I love this quote that says, "Let us not wish for our enemies to fall flat on their faces, but instead pray for them to fall on their knees.  Please continue to pray in your church groups, families and as individuals.  We can feel your prayers and we are in need of them on a daily basis.  God Bless You All.

We need more leaders like George Washington and Abraham Lincoln who knew where to go to in order to get answers on how to lead this great nation.
